Harry M. Fisher III, (Mike), is a lifelong resident of Delaware who graduated from Lake Forest High School in Felton, Delaware in 1970 and the University of Delaware in 1974. He earned his law degree from Stetson University in St. Petersburg, Florida, in January, 1977, and has been a member of the Delaware and Florida Bars since that year.

     Upon admission to the Bar, he joined the firm as an Associate and became a Partner in 1986.

    Mr. Fisher's practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, school law, wills and estate probate.

     Mr. Fisher is an authorized agent for Fidelity and Ticor title Insurance Companies and is an approved attorney for the Farmers Home Administration. He is a member of the Delaware, Florida and Kent county Bar Associations, as well as the National council of School Board Attorneys.
