Daniel Patrick Myers II, (Dan) was born in 1962 in Fairmont, West Virginia. He is a graduate of Seaford High School, Seaford, Delaware (1980); Millersville University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 1984); and Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle, Pennsylvania (J.D. 1988), where he was a member of the Woolsack Society for outstanding academic achievement.
Mr. Myers was admitted to the Delaware State Bar in 1988 and is currently a member of the Delaware State and Sussex County Bar Associations. His areas of practice include real estate, mortgage foreclosures and workouts, collections, will and estate planning, civil litigation involving real estate and commercial disputes, and Chancery Court matters.
