Cynthia J. Longobardi practices in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation and municipal law. She is a graduate of Mt. Saint Mary's College and the Widener University School of Law.

    Ms. Longobardi was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1994, and was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1998.

    Ms. Longobardi is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the Delaware State Bar Association and the Kent county Bar Association.
