Adam Perza is a lifelong Dover resident and graduate of Caesar Rodney High School. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Adam was previously an environmental engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District.

Adam has been an associate attorney at Hudson Jones Jaywork & Fisher since 2003. Prior to joining the firm, he was law clerk to Superior Court Judge James T. Vaughn Jr., current President Judge of the Superior Court. He is admitted to practice law before the Delaware Supreme Court and the federal U.S. District Court for Delaware.

Adam is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, Kent County Bar Association, Terry-Carey American Inn of Court, and the Society of American Military Engineers. A Dover resident, Adam is a member of Holy Cross Parish and the Knights of Columbus, having served as executive officer of Holy Cross Parish Council and is Grand Knight of Dover Council No. 4182.
