David J. Weidman
David J. Weidman (Dave) practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and planning and zoning. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. 1989), George Mason University (M.P.A. 1992) and the University of Tennessee College of Law (J.D. 1996). He became the resident partner of the Georgetown office in January of 2001.
Mr. Weidman was admitted to the Delaware Bar and the U.S. Court for the District of Delaware in 1997. He served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William S. Lee and T. Henley Graves, Delaware Superior Court between 1996 and 1997.
Mr. Weidman is a member of both the Delaware Bar and the Sussex County Bar Associations.
